Drape Story strives to provide products of highest quality. Every piece we dispatch goes through meticulous quality check procedures. But, we are all human after all and machine procedures might encounter certain percentage of defects. So, please be patient and we assure you, we will take care of all your queries

If you are not satisfied with the products received, we encourage you to get in touch with us so that we can determine what steps can be taken to address concerns on a case by case basis if they fall into any of the categories listed below:

1. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS: If you notice manufacturing defects, in any of our products after you open the package, please DO NOT install the product. Please email us on within four days of package arrival. Please mention order number and product pictures with defects. If the ‘Drape Story products’ sent to you have genuine defects, we will work with you to ensure that you receive a fresh replacement at the earliest. You can also opt for a refund as well. In case of UPHOLSTERY fabric, please check the material before getting it upholstered. We cannot take any returns on things like cuts, stains, spills; etc. after fabric has been upholstered on the furniture.

2. WARRANTY: We do give WARRANTY for misprint, fading, pilling, bleeding of colours for 1 year on all fabric products i.e. fabric, cushion and curtain. If any of these problems occur within 1 year of product installation, please write to us on , with product pictures with defects. If the Drape Story products sent to you have genuine defects, we will work with you to ensure that you receive a fresh replacement at the earliest. Please make sure all wash-care instructions are followed. We will not be able to give warranty for wrongly handled products. For wallpaper we give 1 year warranty on dry wall. In case of leakage on wall, we would not be able to fulfil the warranty on wallpapers.

3. WRONG PRODUCT : If you receive,

  • a. Products sent to you do not match the dimensions requested; please send an email to within four days of receiving the items so that we can ensure that you receive a fresh replacement at the earliest. We will arrange for a reverse pick-up of the products before sending out a fresh set that match the dimensions specified in your original order sheet.
  • b. If you have entered the wrong size while placing an order for custom products and require alteration services, please send an email to with your request. We will try our best to assist you or suggest alternatives for mending the curtain. But we cannot guarantee returns/alterations for such cases


  • 1. Please send an email us on  quoting your order number
  • 2. We will get in touch with you to arrange a reverse pick-up of the products. Please ensure that the curtains are returned in the same condition and packaging they were received in.
  • 3. Once we have received the items, we will initiate a full refund via the same payment method as you used to place the order. For COD orders, our team will get in touch with you and organize a bank transfer after receiving your bank details OR
  • 4. In case you’d like to exchange the curtains for a different standard-size option, our team will collect the relevant details from you and provide you with a new estimated delivery timeline

Please note, we have free swatches service to overcome any doubt or discrepancy in look of the product. We insist you order swatches before placing an actual order.
